Facilities Rentals

Let Pendle Hill host your event! We have a caring staff, comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds year round.

Pendle Hill welcomes nonprofit organizations. We host conferences, retreats and meetings for many different groups. Our guests include Quaker meetings and organizations, church groups, college faculty and staff, social service organizations, community groups, and more.

Groups of up to 40 persons can stay comfortably at Pendle Hill. Our conference center consists of two houses:

Situated in the woods overlooking our pond, the Brinton House conference center offers an extraordinary location for conferences and retreats.




  • Floorplan: Opens new window
  • Living Room with seating for up to 30 participants gathered before a fireplace
  • Conlon Room with comfortable seating for 45 people. The Conlon Room features a hardwood floor with radiant heating, cathedral ceilings and large windows which bring warm natural light and lovely views over our woods and pond.
  • Fully equipped kitchen and private dining room for up to 45 people
  • Onsite housing for 20 people with additional housing available on our Main Campus
  • Event hospitality and audiovisual support services

 

Waysmeet

Waysmeet

Centrally located in the heart of Pendle Hill's Main Campus, Waysmeet offers a convenient location for smaller meetings and retreats. Waysmeet has the feel of a tastefully furnished and comfortable private home.



  • Floorplan: Opens new window
  • Overnight housing for up to 18 people
  • Two meeting spaces: the Living Room with a capacity of 15 people in a comfortable parlor setting and the Dining Room with seating for up to 8 people around a table
  • Larger groups can arrange to meet in the Upmeads Library, which accommodates up to 25 people.
  • Meal service can be provided in the Main House Dining Room with private seating available.
  • Event hospitality and audiovisual support services are available.

 

Other meeting spaces are available for day rental.

Pendle Hill provides home-cooked, nutritious meals. Entrees may include vegetarian and vegan dishes, fish, poultry and red meat. Vegetarian and vegan entrees are provided whenever meat is served. Pendle Hill is conveniently located 5 minutes from exit 3 of I-476 (the Blue Route). We are 20 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and a 30 minute train ride from downtown Philadelphia via the SEPTA R3 trains.
