Let Pendle Hill host your event! We are known for our caring and professional staff, delicious food, beautiful grounds, and proximity to major transit hubs. Groups of 5-65 persons can easily be accommodated overnight in a variety of spaces on our grounds. Larger groups (up to 136 persons) can be accommodated for presentations, lectures, and other events.
Pendle Hill hosts conferences, retreats, and meetings for many different groups. Our guests include Quaker meetings and organizations, church groups, college faculty and staff, social service organizations, community groups, and more.

Brinton House
Situated in the ash, maple and gum tree woods overlooking our pond, the Brinton House conference center offers an extraordinary location for conferences and retreats. The Conlon Room meeting space can accommodate 16-80 people comfortably.
Barn
The Barn's configurable space is well-suited to performances and lectures, as well as round-table meetings.
Built on what was once an apple orchard, the Barn is centrally located on the Pendle Hill campus near the dining room, libraries, art studio, gardens, and the perimeter walking path. The Barn offers a simple and inviting flexible multi-use space with hardwood floors and convenient ground-level entrance access.
Waysmeet
Centrally located in the heart of Pendle Hill's Main Campus, Waysmeet offers a convenient location for smaller meetings and retreats. Waysmeet has the feel of a tastefully furnished and cozy private home. The Living Room meeting space has a capacity of 15 people in a parlor, and the Dining Room seats up to eight people around a table.
Upmeads
With its date of construction, 1931, prominently displayed, Upmeads is a comfortable stone cottage set back from the road among the Japanese maples and dogwoods. The Library, with its hardwood floors, window benches, and tall bookshelves, seats 25 people.
Reading Room
Located in Main House at the center of our campus, the Reading Room is comfortable and welcoming space for up to 25 guests. Its assortment of comfortable couches and chairs, deep windows, and proximity to the dining facilities make it a favorite spot on campus.
