A $50 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. Refunds are available for cancellations made 14+ days before the starting date of the program. Fees for cancellations made between 1-14 days will be credited toward another program for one year from the program’s starting date. No credit or refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the program begins, if you do not come, or if you leave early for any reason.

Pendle Hill reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. If this occurs, the $50 processing fee will be waived. We encourage you to take a personal retreat here at Pendle Hill and accept a partial refund of the balance due. You may also transfer your full registration towards another scheduled program or receive a refund in full. Please confirm with Pendle Hill before making travel reservations.
