Trayce Peterson is Director of Multicultural Affairs at Earlham College. She previously served as the Director of the Newlin Center for Quaker Thought and Practice and Director of Campus Ministries at Earlham. Trayce’s program leadership has included co-leading an "Inquirers Weekend" for Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, delivering Bible Half Hours at New England.Yearly Meeting, and presenting the Carey Lecture at Baltimore Yearly Meeting. She is a member of the board of the American Friends Service Committee. Trayce has contributed to Friends Journal and collaborated on Building Consensus: Conflict & Unity and Friendly Consensus: Speak, Listen, Unite, an innovative approach to teaching youth basic consensus and decision-making skills.
