What are we to do when dealing with fear? “Be still and cool in thine own mind,” is a famous piece of advice from George Fox—though easier quoted than practiced, especially when we are in the midst of transition. Understanding and facing our fears can help to loosen their grip so we can face changes with openness and courage.
