Shoden is the first level of Japanese Reiki practice. Students will become acquainted with the traditional Japanese approach to the teachings of Mikao Usui, learning basic techniques of self practice and how to perform Reiki on others.  This integrated spiritual and physical approach to the system of Reiki will help the new or returning student to clarify the origins and access the deep energetic basis of this healing practice. Graduates will gain ongoing support from the international healing community, the International House of Reiki.  Upon completion students will receive a Reiki Level I practitioner certificate.
