This is an especially meaningful time for our community to come back together. Our lives have changed through the challenges of global pandemic, climate crisis, political polarization, and racial and social injustice. These societal challenges have also created space for new experiences, deeper looking, and renewed aspirations. Join us as we return in-person to our Beloved Pendle Hill and our 15th Annual Open Heart, Peaceful Mind Retreat for rest and reflection.

All guests visiting Pendle Hill are required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of negative results from a PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival on campus (see our statement and FAQ about this policy). Additional requirement for this program: The leaders of this program require full vaccination for participation. The registration confirmation e-mail will include instructions for how to submit proof of vaccination.

Relax into a time of serene rest and renewal. Open to the new year’s unfolding with a retreat that honors your heart, mind, and soul. Practice mindful meditation in the rhythms of daily life with sitting, walking, and eating meditation, as well as mindful dialogue. Savor sustained periods of silence, quiet reflection with poetry, nature, and stories by the fireplace, small and large group discussion, creative art making, laughter, a labyrinth walk, and deep relaxation. Restore your spirit and enter the new year with resilience and greater calm, clarity, and energy — and ways to sustain yourself in the coming year. Limit 16.
