Pendle Hill has moved our “Beloved Community” Poetry Coffeehouses online! While the venue has changed from our Wallingford, PA retreat center to Zoom due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to hold on to the supportive, nurturing, and sustaining energy intended for our gatherings. Listen to a different Featured Poet perform each month. Then, write in response to the Feature’s themes/words and share with other attendees of the program. This 1-hour poetry experience extends our community to a wider world and offers all writers a safe net for linguistic exploration and spiritual discovery.

Darius "DeLantz" LantzDarius “DeLantz” Lantz is a devoted father, poet, host, incredible chef, and founder of one of Philadelphia’s most well-received poetry events-turned-catering experiences: Coffee After Dark. DeLantz has taken his art and cuisine throughout the U.S. east coast with two successful tours. He is a recipient of an award from the Urban Arts Society and a Golden Mic Award. DeLantz is author of the Caffeinated Definitions book series with Volume 2 set for release this year.
