Synopsis
How do Friends make an impact on the world? Is it by all of us agreeing on the same position – such as opposition to war – and making our weight felt? Or is it by being a Society of Seekers, who listen to each other in Friendly fashion, learning to voice the individual and collective opinions of sincere, concerned people? It is, of course, by both ways. But this little “Quakerback” suggests that because the second way is so light, it possesses greater weight. This book is intended to show, by example, how to seek truth together in the Society of Friends.
