CONFERENCE SERVICES DURING COVID-19: While Pendle Hill’s campus is not fully open, we are opening to a limited number of personal overnight sojourns – as well as possibly hosting small conference groups – between June 14 and August 25, 2021. If you have a small group (5-15) that would like to gather for a few days this summer, please contact the Conference Sales Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on availability and pricing. Dates after September 1, 2021 are also available for conference groups; please use the e-mail address listed above for all conference inquiries.
If you are interested in a personal sojourn, click here to find out details and to express your interest – a Pendle Hill staff member will be in touch to answer your questions and finalize your reservation. Updates regarding our full campus opening will be shared on our website and in our eNewsletter as details are finalized.
Located (at 321 Plush Mill Road) across the street from our main campus – and situated in the ash, maple, and gum tree woods overlooking our wetland pond – the Brinton House conference center offers an extraordinary location for retreats, conferences, business meetings, and more informal gatherings.
Its Conlon Room meeting space can comfortably accommodate 16-80 people. Some areas are wheelchair accessible – please view our accessibility information here for specifics.
Audio/visual support services are available, as is wireless internet connectivity throughout the building. Overnight capacity (bedrooms) is 21-23 people.
Conlon Room (16-80 people)
The Conlon Room features a hardwood floor with radiant heating, cathedral ceilings, and large windows which bring warm natural light and lovely views over our woods and pond.
Up to 80 people can be seated in rows, or in varying arrangements as shown.
Kitchen and Dining
The Brinton House’s kitchen is a fully-equipped commercial kitchen used by Pendle Hill staff only. Guests are welcome to store items in the refrigerator and freezer. The dining room seats up to 45 people. Groups with 50-90 guests are served in Main House, a five minute walk away.
Brinton House sleeps 21-23 people in 16 rooms (there are two rooms with twin and double beds). Six of these rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is a 16 person overnight minimum requirement for the use of Brinton House. Additional rooms are generally available on the Main Campus.
