PROCESSING TIMES: We do our best to process your order within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are not the same as processing times, however. For example, a Priority Mail shipping estimate of “1-3 days” means that your order should reach you in about 1-3 days after we have processed the order. If you need your order more urgently, please e-mail us at pamphlets@pendlehill.org and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: Subscriptions to Pendle Hill pamphlets include SIX (6) pamphlets per year. Pamphlets are published and mailed directly from our printer in the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Shipping is included, so make sure you select the “Free Shipping” option when you check out, otherwise you will be automatically charged for shipping (sorry, no refunds).
OUT-OF-PRINT TITLES: While we do send original pamphlets whenever possible, some titles – especially older ones – will occasionally go out of print, in which case we reserve the right to send you a professionally-bound duplicate of the pamphlet in question (featuring a gray card-stock cover with our logo, similar to the one shown opposite – the early pamphlets mostly had fairly plain covers to begin with). Please be assured that the content of these “reprints” is identical to the original pamphlet.
RETURNS: Purchases from the Pendle Hill online store are not returnable except in the case of our error. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe a mistake has been made.
