The Barn
Built on what was once an apple orchard, the Barn is centrally located on the Pendle Hill campus near the dining room, libraries, art studio, gardens, and the perimeter walking path. The Barn offers a simple and inviting flexible multi-use space with hardwood floors and convenient ground-level entrance access. This space is also equipped with professional broadcasting equipment, perfect for livestreaming hybrid meetings, conferences, and keynotes.

Per Day Rate (with hybrid setup): $450
Per Day Rate (without hybrid setup): $300
The Barn features large, historic pews made of tulip poplar, as well as additional folding chairs, all of which can be arranged to suit the needs of the event. There is a sliding door that can be used to separate the meeting space for multiple sessions, with a baby grand piano for your enjoyment. A camera, projector and screens, and fully integrated sound system can all be made available for high-quality streaming.

Guest Rooms
Overnight Capacity: 28
The Chace building is connected to the Barn via a short breezeway and has double and single rooms with shared baths. These rooms are arranged dormitory-style, each having a sink with mirror and ample closet space–perfect for extended stays. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, with a lounge area and connecting courtyard. Additional rooms are generally available around campus.
