Gather in community to honor the summer solstice, celebrate our diverse identities, and learn from the natural rhythms unfolding within and around us. Group participants are invited to experience the beauty and wonder of nature through practices such as walking meditation, nature-inspired art, and ritual.

In this time of intense global upheaval and climate change, when many of us are experiencing an increased sense of anxiety and disconnection, the natural world can be a powerful teacher and healer. Nature offers nurturing, guidance, and inspiration, teaching us how to become more grounded, flexible, and resilient in the face of life’s challenges.

In this two-hour workshop, which will take place in the outdoor sanctuary of Pendle Hill’s arboretum, we will discover our natural resilience through mindfulness, somatic, and creative arts exercises designed to open our senses and help us connect deeply to ourselves, the natural environment, and each other.

If you would like to join us for a meal before or after the program, please sign up using the link in your confirmation e-mail no later than 11:59pm ET the Tuesday before your program begins.
