The family of civil rights leader Julian Bond has invited friends to gather at a nearby body of water and, at precisely 3:00pm Eastern Time, spread flower petals on the water and join them in bidding farewell to Julian.
The Radical Faithfulness Program faculty and students will convene such a ceremony here at Pendle Hill, at the pond in Owen’s Garden. All are welcome. If you are planning to attend, please arrive early. Maps are available in the Barn at Registration.
Thank you.
People are gathering to ensure
no one will be alone on this journey.
