Pendle Hill is hosting a community work afternoon to help campus recover from the recent storm damage. Helpful hands are needed for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty outdoor tasks: cleaning small branches, removing invasives, spreading mulch, repairing fence, and rebuilding trails. Volunteers should bring work gloves, tick spray as concerned, sunscreen, and sturdy shoes. Pendle Hill will provide tools, refreshments, camaraderie, and opportunity for worship.

Requests for Meetings and Groups: Please consider carpooling and ask everyone to register individually. Spaces will be limited due to two large events happening simultaneously on campus: Publishers of the Truth Friends’ Conference, and a meeting of the Quaker United Nations Office. Special thanks to Providence Friends for their help leading crews.

Weather: This is an outdoor event. The rain date will be May 10. Please make sure your contact information is correct when you register so we can contact you if needed.
