How might our relationship to, and understanding of, the Quaker testimony of integrity support us in moments of internal and interpersonal conflict?
In this Sunday program, learners will explore their relationship to conflict and the testimony of integrity. Learners will increase their capacity to navigate conflict with more love, grace, and intention, while remaining rooted in truthfulness.
During our time together, participants can expect experiential activities that invite folks to connect with their bodies, and a mixture of solo work, pair-sharing, and group sharing. They will explore personal and ancestral stories and histories through creative storytelling, journaling, and silent reflection.
