The Time is Now: Music for the Current Era

The Pendle Hill Community Chorus offers its spring concert on Wednesday, May 8 from 8:00 to 9:00pm, in the Barn Meeting Room at Pendle Hill.  Directed by Jacqueline Coren, chorus and soloists will sing of the beauty and promise of the natural world, and open hearts and minds to meet the challenges of the current time — to respond, in the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., to “the fierce urgency of now.”

As is traditional, there will be opportunities for audience participation during the concert as well as in our “audience-choice” sing-along that concludes the program. The evening is child-friendly, both in content and length.  Please join us!

The Pendle Hill Chorus was founded in 1993, gathering a broad range of singers of diverse backgrounds from throughout the tri-county area. The Chorus offers two concerts a year, in May and December, and all are invited to join without audition.
