Pureé in blender:
- ½ cake tofu
- ⅙ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup miso
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅛ cup soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1½ cups olive oil
- ⅜ cup water
Slather liberally on hearts of romaine punctuated by some hand-picked seasoned croutons and you might be tempted to skip the dessert altogether!
