Delicious – and very tender!

Combine the following dry ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon grated or ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Have ready:
- ½ cup (one stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup molasses
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Cut the butter into the dry ingredients with a pastry cutter or two knives. Mix in the remaining ingredients, stirring only until thoroughly blended. With an ice cream scoop, drop scoopfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, until golden.
