Sweet, chewy, gluten-free, and dairy-free, these easy-to-make bars are full of chocolate and coconut!
- 8 Eggs
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 cups Brown Rice Flour
- 1/2-1 tablespoon Vanilla, to taste
- 4 cups Coconut
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and brown sugar together. Then mix flour, vanilla, coconut, and chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the bowl. Mix well. Spread into a greased pan. Bake the bars for approximately 25 minutes.
