Chant to deepen a meditative connection to yourself and others. Use your sound to access and assist healing. Imagine sound as a carrier wave for your heart’s healing. Sing to declare and exclaim what you are envisioning for yourself and the world. Create a sound picture of our futures. Experience the benefits of singing with intention in community. Come ready for joy, connection, and fun! Bring your curiosity and sense of adventure.

Singing together, we will:

  • Model being a bridge across differences;
  • Listen to each other deeply as we intermingle our voices, cultivating hopeful listening;
  • Practice joyful singing as resistance.

We sing to:
Ground, calm, meditate
Rouse, agitate, ignite
Connect, affirm community, build movements

We use our voices for spiritual practice.
Toning and chanting extend ritual space into the continuous now.
We sing each other well.
We sing each other whole,
in our meta-song/medicine song.
