Recipe: Banana Whip


A great sweet treat on a hot summer day! Our Banana Whip is vegan, diary-free, and gluten free!


  • Bananas
  • Coconut Milk (or rice milk, or cow’s milk if you like dairy)
  • Vanilla (optional)


The day before, slice bananas into small pieces and spread the chunks out on a sheet tray so they don’t freeze in one big lump. Freeze overnight. Place frozen banana chunks in a food processor with your choice of coconut milk or rice milk (or cow’s milk if you’d like a dairy version). Add a touch of vanilla if desired. Blend until fluffy and smooth and all the chunks are processed out. Enjoy!
