The Quaker Call to Action was issued by 19 Friends – many of whom have served in public roles in Quaker organizations – who are gravely concerned about the deliberate falsehoods and coordinated efforts currently underway to subvert our democracy.  If this politically motivated takeover movement succeeds, any hope of progress on the urgent issues of our time will be lost. The Call invites Friends and friends of Friends to enter into a national dialogue to discern how best to respond to this urgent challenge.
